The youth Development, Diversity, and Disparities (3D) Lab is led by Dr. Lindsay Till Hoyt at Fordham University. In the 3D Lab, we apply theory and methods from multiple perspectives to study complex developmental processes, diverse social experiences, and health disparities (due to inequity) across adolescence and young adulthood. Our projects include primary data collection in naturalistic settings, secondary data analysis of large-scale datasets, and action-oriented research in the community. Utilizing this multilevel approach, we seek to identify, measure, and promote positive and equitable youth development.
